our web site www.TransferExpress.com (click on Send Us Your Artwork) or
mail it to 7650 Tyler Blvd., Mentor, OH 44060.
What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order on an Easy PrintsŪ order is 5 full size, 10 heart, cap or visor.
Our minimum order on Easy PrintsŪ Plus is 10 full size, 20 heart, cap or visor.
Can I replace the text and clip art in the layouts shown in the Easy
PrintsŪ Idea Book?
Yes, the Idea Book was created to give you hundreds of professionally created
designs that can be customized with your text and your choice of clip art.
What size and color does the print come in?
All of our prints are custom made for you. You select the size
and color(s). We do have standard recommended sizes; just ask Dealer Services
for assistance.

What is a gang sheet?
A gang sheet is a transfer sheet with more than one image on it, and all the
same ink color. The images can be the same art just different size or different
images. To use, you simply cut out the image needed and apply. Because we are
putting more than one image on the sheet, a gang sheet can be very economical.
How many images can fit on a gang sheet?
The image area is 11.25 x 14 so mathematically you can figure out how many will
fit based on the size of your image. At standard sizes we can fit 6 hearts, 8
caps or 10 visors. See our gang sheet chart for

What is typesetting?
A minimal typeset fee is charged whenever there are 10 or more words used in
an Easy PrintsŪ order to allow us the extra time needed to do the order. You
will receive a fax on this type of order to verify accuracy.
Can I email you artwork?
To send us artwork, visit www.TransferExpress.com and click on "Send
Us Your Artwork". This will guide you through the steps needed to upload your artwork to us over the web.
Can I get a proof?
The Idea Book was designed to show your customer exactly what their
design would look like. If your customer wants to see the design after
their customization, a proof can be ordered. Easy PrintsŪ proofs are
$10.00 per fax proof; $25.00 per color for shipped, mailed or pick up.
Easy PrintsŪ Plus proofs are $40.00 per color. After purchasing a proof,
the design can be ordered as is at reorder prices. Proofs are recommended
for large quantity orders, complex multi-colors and complex Easy PrintsŪ Plus
